We had such a fun Halloween this year! Kenna and Dane are both big fans of Jake and the Never Land Pirates on Disney Junior. As soon as we started talking about Halloween costumes, Kenna said she wanted to be Izzy....and she never changed her mind. She then decided that everyone else needed to take part in the theme. I would love to take credit for everything but, if I am honest, it all came from my big girl and I think she did a great job. She decided that Dane needed to be Jake and Kamryn would be Scully the parrot.
Dane jumped right on board with the plan....mostly because that meant he got to carry a sword! He hasn't really put the sword down since we got it on Sunday and is even sleeping with it. I take it out of his bed at night and the first words out of his mouth every morning are "Where my sword go?"
Izzy carries a necklace full of pixie dust...in case the crew needs to fly away in an emergency.
Kamryn was content to "fly" in Daddy's arms for a lot of the evening's adventures.
