Fire Station Visit and Rocking with JD

Kenna has made her first visit to the fire station! Daniel had to work on Mother's Day (bummer I know...but he did leave me a plant and cards to find when I woke up on Sunday morning) so we decided to go say hi. A few of the guys he works with had never met Kenna so we loaded up and drove to Denton. It was kind of an impromptu visit so I didn't change her into something super cute, but that's okay! We had to take pictures of Miss K and her daddy by the fire truck.
Kenna decided she wanted to try driving the engine like her daddy does. Doesn't she look right at home?

It was a lot of fun to take her to visit and I am sure that we will be going back often!

Mandy, Suzanne, and I met for lunch yesterday at Suzanne's house and JD and Kenna had some time to get to know each other a little better. JD was the entertainment for the day and kept us all laughing. As we were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the diaper bag after putting Kenna in the car seat and turned around to find JD rocking the car seat. He seemed a little fascinated by the "baby."

She liked the rocking initially, but then I think JD got a little too excited for her and was going a little fast.

We did have to sit them down and take a picture of the two of them together. I should have pulled the paci out, but we were about to get in the car and I didn't want to upset her too much :)
Now we just have to wait for the arrival of Boyd baby #3 - just a few more weeks!!

Last, but not least, I have said this before, but Kenna really loves her baths. Here are some pictures of her after a bath the other day...isn't the towel with her name on it cute!?!
