Kenna has REALLY started to enjoy books recently. She has always liked it when we read to her but now she likes to explore books on her own. Last night, she could not decide which book she wanted to read after she made herself comfy on the couch.
"Daddy, do not interrupt my reading."
"Well I do like you so I guess it is okay"

I wish JD would just look through books on his own! He loves to have us read to him over and over though. Go Kenna! Readers are leaders!!
I love this! And not just because I'm an English teacher, either. You are giving your sweet little girl such a great gift by opening her mind to books! Awesome. :-)

You should open up the Boyd Family Library
It's the best to have a kiddo that loves to read, it comes in so handy later on to use as a reward!
