6 hours straight!

Kenna slept from 12:45 to 6:45 last night! Yea!!

She had never slept longer than 4 hours (at the MOST) at a time prior to last night. At 6:45 she started fussing a little so Daniel put her in our bed and laid her on her stomach. We very rarely let her sleep on her tummy but she loves it. She then snoozed for another 45 minutes before wanting to eat. Doesn't she look sweet?!? I love the cheeks.
I love how small she looks in our king size bed...so tiny.

Is this a sign of things to come? We hope so!

This was about the same time that JD started sleeping 5-6 hours a night! Maybe it is a family trait to start sleeping longer stretches at about 6 weeks! Hopefully this is a new pattern for Miss Kenna!

Hopefully the sign to come you are referring to is sleeping longer and not sleeping in your bed :)

The girls all spent time in our bed for a while. Sometimes you take sleep however you can get it!! Looking back, I am so glad that we had that time with them!

That's great and she looks so cute on your big bed. I can't wait until Luke sleeps 5-6 hours straight. Right now he sleeps 2- 2 1/2 hours straight after a big feeding and then only for 1 1/2 hours between the rest of his feedings. Fun!

Sweet girl. Yeah! I am glad that she slept well...Lord willing, that will be the first of many.

Hang in there! In the very near future, after a long day at work you might wish she would wake up just so you could have a little snuggle in the middle of the night!! Or maybe that's just me =)
