Once she calmed down a little, we gave her a bath and some food. Then she was good to go...happy again!

Unhappy
Last night and tonight, Miss K has decided that she needs to let us know that she is just not happy. Nothing we do will fix the problem. She doesn't want her pacifier, or to eat, or to be held, or to be laid down. She just doesn't know what she wants! Sometimes you just need a good cry; I can understand that one. Once she cries for a while (a LONG while) then she will decide to get cheerful again and will start grinning and laughing (or trying to laugh...we haven't got that one completely accomplished yet...it sounds more like a squeak). Just the good old evening fussiness. We are such great parents we had to take pictures....

Love crying baby pics!! I'm sure you remember some of ours! There is something about the night air that makes babies hit a fussy time, isn't there?
Crying pictures are some of the cutest! Sorry y'all had a rough time, but it sounds like y'all are taking it well!
Glad you can some humor in it all. It must really be hard not knowing exactly what she needs or wants? Her little pitiful face when she is crying and then she is just so peaceful looking. Just too cute!
Ahhh, witching hour, lovely! We had great results with the Miracle Blanket (corny, but helpful), just in case it continues. Don't know why, but the miracle blankets works much better than the other swaddling blankets out there.
