Okay, I want everyone's opinion...what is your nickname for a pacifier?
I call it a "paci", but my husband calls it a "sucker"
I have just never heard it called a sucker before :) and I always laugh when he asks me where Kenna's sucker is!
By the way, the 6 hour stretch has not been repeated

My niece Emma called hers a "bosh" forever, so I sometimes called JD's that. But mostly, we just called it a pacifier. We have been pacifier free for almost 2 weeks! Woo-hoo!
For some reason, Cameron starting calling his "D"! So, we've now said "D" for all three kiddos. You get strange looks from people when you ask them to hand you the D!

Here in Canada they call them "soothers" so that's shy we ended up calling Addie's her "soothie.". If we said "pacifier" everyone wondered what we were talking about!
We said paci, too, back when Benjamin took one! We also found ourselves using phrases like dipees and wipees and even nappy-poo. Interesting how your vocabulary takes a turn once there is a baby in the house.
We always called them binkies or nuk-nuks. Of course, that was before electricity and inside toilets!
Hope you guys are having a great time. She looks like a happy girl.
Well, I know I dont have any kids yet, so I dont know if I get a vote! :) But, I vote for "paci"!
Yes, Emma named hers "bosh" so that is what we call all pacifiers! If I am holding Kenna, don't be surprised if I ask for her "bosh!"
